Obviously the 2 people above work for CPS! If all they have are good things to say about them then why are they searching the complaints? I do not even have a car loan by them, but they continuously call my house looking for someone that doesn't even live here. I'm sorry I can't call your business at your convenience or even during your hours of operation because I do have a job and make my car payments on time through another loan company.
