I haven't used startec since september 2010.i was surpised when i got my statement on december 2010 stating that i hav$6.xx balance and that it is now forwarded to a collection agency. i called startec and the agent (indian lady) told me that she doen't see that amount on my account. i asked to be transferred to a supervisor (american lady).she told me that they have some problems in their system and that the balance will be removed.january 2011, i got another invoice amounting to $6.xx.so i called startec to ask why am i invoiced... read full review »
