My name is Donna Kennedy @ 9:00AM this morning I was awakened to a man with an Indian ( middle east accent). Stating that I was being prosucuted for fraud of the USA Cash Advance, he then put his suppervisor on named "Shawn" which again had the same accent . When I became irrate because they seemed to have my personal information such as last 4 digits of my SS#, my current address, as well as my phone number.
