They advertised as low as $38, I figured that okay and maybe state $30. They talk about a smart card I said cool did all the paper work for me to sign and said that it is all explained in the paper work. By the time they got finished with me I ended up paying $124. Okay my mistake I will never go back. Still waiting for the the bank to put the money in my smart card, they said it will take 8-15 days. This is the 12th day. I know 3 more to go but they say that there is a web site I can go to and it's not there. I'm just praying that I didn't get taken. read full review »
