I ordered flight ticket from Travelocity to Cairo (it was before Egypt protest happen), and recently I called them to ask about cancel my flight since Egypt in such a bad situation, but they told me besides the airline cancel the flight, if I want to cancel I have to pay $280++ the cancellation fee & penalty . I called directly to airline, the airline willing to cancel without any penalty, but airline told us they can't do anything because travelocity hold my flight ticket. Travelocity just want to make money, they don't care peoples safety. Now besides I pay $280 ++ penalty or go to Cairo EGYPT.. read full review »
