Without question this company has the worst customer service/sales reps I've ever encountered. I placed an internet order, 48hrs later they send a generic email stating my credit card address does not match the billing address and could I please provide the right address, which I did. 48hrs later I get the same reply which I then requested someone contact me or provide me with a direct number to someone at X4labs so we can resolve this and make the sale happen.
