I went into the H&R Block store in Columbia SC. Where I was told I my fiance could recieve his refund in my bank account. Come to find out that its not true so know we have to wait a whole month to recieve our refund. I think that HR Block should make sure their information is factual. They number one charge to much. They dont have the right information. Number two they overbook we had to wait 30 minutes for the lady to get into the office to service us. Then they claim they could acess our early w-2 but come to find out that wasnt true either. read full review »
