I am very disgusted with this company. since my fiance has been in the institution we have lost more money with this company than calls we have had. it cuts your calls claiming third party calls and i am on my bluetooth 98% of the times and not even in reach of my phone. the static and electronic sounds are terrible and they give you 10 second blank spots where i can hear him but he cant hear me and then they want you to go thru too much to get your credits back. it is very easy for them to take your money though. the saddest part about thi... read full review »
