An unauthorized charge of $49.99 was made to my checking account. I called the ULS customer service line and was assured I would receive a refund in 72 hours -- then it became 5-7 business days. Now I can't even pull up their website. I ended up freezing and then closing my bank account because of overdraft fees and then negative balance fees.
