On Tuesday, 15 Feb 11 - the hot water in the Country Inns and Suites went out in the evening. The front desk could not be contacted so we went down to ask what was going on. The young lady on duty was in another area talking with presumably her boyfriend. Too busy to care what was going on and clueless and careless about what was being done to resolve the problem.
