I went through a bankruptcy this past year and my debts were discharged. GEMB lending would not allow us to reaffirm our loan because it is their policy to not do that. I have been paying on the loan on time. I was gathering up my tax information to file taxes and realized I never got my form from them. I called them and got the worst customer service I have ever received and I was told I would not get that form because they can not mail me anything.
