I have been getting daily phone calls from Capital One, regarding a relative. They will not tell me what the issue is, they just ask for this person. More recent calls have not even asked for the relative, I say hello one or two times, then they hang up. Capital One is calling my work cell phone!! The relative does not live with me, and I have no business in this person's life. When I called to complain, I said these calls could be considered harrassment...the manager I talked to in the Philipinnes said it was more unethical!! read full review »
