I bought a gun from this company for my grandson's Christmas. He used it the next day and it broke! When I looked online about this company, I found the many complaints about their return policy and how they always said the problem was using low quality BBs. After paying for the return, which by the way don't use their company it is more expensive than the Post office, it took 6 weeks to hear that they found the problem was because of low quality BBs. What makes be angry is that he ONLY USED THE BBs THAT CAME WITH THE GUN! Don't ever buy from this company, they have made a grandson's Christmas excitement turn into a nightmare. read full review »
