2nd year for problems with Apple Vacations. Dominican Republic Apple Representative was extremely rude to myself and my husband at the Grand Bahia Principe Ambar regarding our transfer for departure. When we got to the resort we were given an invitation to a briefing regarding shore excursions and additional services.
