After getting 2 bad transmissions from jasper within 1&half weeks. I called to complain and get peace of mind. they offer me an extended warranty known as premium plan for 195.00 dollars. I felt they should offer it to me for free. i guess they they don't have much confidence in their product. But the main problem was no one i talked to was willing to make any effort to see if that was possible. conversation took place on feb. 9 2011 with a guy named brian, and his supervisor adam. it just hit me wrong that a bad product is backed by a 195.00 dollar premium plan that you can purchase. read full review »
