Nothing but problems the second month in a row trying to pay my Metro PCS bill using Express Pay by Bill Matrix. Customer Service Rep and her supervisor Alycia were obnoxious and condescending. System times out too quickly and locks you out. If you put it in once as a debit and your card needs to be processed as a credit you end up locked out for 24 hrs. because you attempted it too many times.
