I agree with MANY posters on this site...I will never purchase anything from Lazboy again. In Jan 2007 we purchased a recliner, at the time of purchase we also purchased the "extended warranty plan" for 3 yrs. Within 1 1/2 yrs the leather started to fade on the footrest. I contacted the warranty dept and they informed me that "fading was normal wear & tear". I sent pictures to show this was not "normal" and they still refused to do anything about it.
