I don't know if this is the right place to add my complaint, but here it goes anyway: for anyone considering signing up for DIRECTTV through Costco, please be advised that DIRECTTV does not do the service--all installations are done through the sub-contractor Smart Circle, which really is not very smart at all. All within 2 weeks after sign-up: 7 phone calls, 2 visits, 1 no show, several more calls and messages, but no answer to messages left, 1 "cannot help you".
