So I went into the UPS store to ship a package. It was pretty crowded but the line was moving fairly quickly. There was a black girl working and an older white lady. I was the next person in line and the older white lady literally looked right past me and helped the person behind me. I had to tell her, " hello I am here!". She said, "Oh sorry I didn't see you there". I was shocked. She had to bend her neck to look around me and then she sat there and lied and said she didn't see me.
