I ordered a parking brake cable from them on a Saturday. The only shipping option offered was UPS Ground (see photo) and nothing else. On Sunday I received a shipping confirmation containing a USPS delivery confirmation number! I wrote them on Sunday because they didn't answer the phone and told them there was a mistake. They still sent the part out on Monday and basically said "too bad" and wouldn't do anything.
