I ordered a pair of pants on Jan 13th. They arrived Jan 20th. They were too tight so I sent them back the very next day, Jan 21st, to exchange for the next bigger size. Two weeks went by and I never got any kind of email confirmation that they had sent the new ones or anything. I had sent 2 emails in the meantime to their customer service asking about the order. I have yet to get any response to either of these emails. I called on Feb 3 (2 wks after I sent them back). I was told they had just processed them and it could take up to 2 wks to send out the next pair. It has now been 2 more weeks and I still have no pants. It has been 5 weeks. read full review »
