Do not ever rent a place from Frank Strouse. He is one of the biggest slumlords I have ever come across. Not only does he not care about his tenant’s health he refuses to do anything about the problems that are causing said health problems. My fiance and I rented a place from Mr. Strouse for several years and not once during all that time did he ever address any of the issues that we brought to him. I worked for Rowan Hoose at the Liberty Tax off of Camden Ave in San Jose and I will tell you this if you are ever offered to work for this man RUN!!! He is a Liar and a Cheat!!! Not only did he not pay my full wages due to me but he also lies to his clients about their tax returns as well as lie to his corporate office about the money he is or is not charging for his serivces.
