They have an auto-renewal system that immediately recharges your credit card for the same package you had previously purchased. However, they do send an email notification of the renewal charges, so if you go ONE DAY over their period, they insist on charging for the entire period. This is what I consider poor customer service and fraudulent behavior on their part.
