I ordered a three piece outfit from Old Pueblo Traders in November of 2010 using their sizing guide. The outfit arrived and was several inches larger than the guide stated it would be. I sent it back and reordered the outfit. After not hearing from them for a few weeks I called. I was told that the customer service department did not have access to return information.
