I registered for the free trial, and decided I didn't want it. I went on-line to cancel and they have no opt-out feature. I wrote down the phone number to call a live rep. When I called the number, right after the message to hold for the next rep, the call disconnects. I would like to know if this is a scam, because it sure appears to be. read full review »
