I finally received my refund through SFG. It took eight months! When they gave me a date, I followed up with a call. I learned that you don't leave messages but tell them you will hold. I would put the phone on speaker and continue with what I was doing. Some days I would call seven or eight times. Once you get past the squeaky voice that directs calls, find a contact person.
