It is to inform that I have booked a gas cylinder ( consumer no. 43 ) on 24.01.2011 after 15 days from the receipt of last cylinder.Today is almost 25 to 26 days from the date of booking and till date I have not received the cylinder as it is almost 40 days gone. On asking them over phone or by query at their counter they assure that you will get the same within 2 days.
