I have a prepaid connection and subscribed to airtel mobile office gprs pack by recharging for 98rs.. I got mobile office the settings from customer care 12118 three time by downloading as well as manually. I even got the settings done by customer care guys itself. But my balance is being deducted while browsing and the customer care is telling that my internet is going through airtellive even though im using mobileoffice settings..
