We have not had a phone that is operational for over 2 months now, Telkom are not able to fix this problem, we have contacted and reported this over and over to their call centre, they have sent people out who obviously do not know what they doing as they can not seem to resolve this issue. in the meantime we are being charged for line rental etc.. what do we need to do to get our line operational and working???
