On january 28 Kenmore washer brokedown. Washer is under warranty. Parts took 3 weeks to get here and 3 service calls later, the main part was damaged. They ordered again and rescheduled. Currently at 30 days without washer. Customer service was terrible. The last word was that they will emergency order the part within 48 hours will be here but the first service call I could get is 2/25, seven days from now. read full review »
