Sent a package to Austrailia via international express with garaunteed delivery of 7 business days and when it took almost a month to arrive due to an issue somewhere in transit and not with customs they refuse to give a refund to a garaunteed service. It has been almost 2 months and still nothing I've sent them all required information they have asked for and the refuse to send me the proper paperwork to request a refund.
