I am an airtel prepaid customer, Ther airtel mobile number 8105093775 was being used by my son and copy of his passport was given as address proof. Last week the services were disconnected with out any notice and when I approached the customer service, they informed us that it was for security reasons and we need to resubmit new application and address proof. The application, copy of his passport and photograph was again submitted on 12th of this month. They did not provide any acknowledgment for the same.
