Purchased a desk lamp online through CompUSA. I received the lamp broken. I requested a return authorization. This took almost a week to accomplish. I finally received the return authorization number and a pre-paid shipping label for UPS. I sent the lamp back and confirmed receipt of the package to their company. Almost one month later, I still have not received the $70 back for my purchase. I have contacted CompUSA several times by phone and email with promises to rectify this problem but with no results. The customer service has been abysmal. I highly recommend doing business with a more professional and organized company. read full review »
