I had a little confusion as to whose information you wanted on the form. I entered the scamming company's name and further down entered my address and phone information. I hope this was correct. I joined the club and paid the $12.00 membership fee. I certainly feel foolish that I fell for their scam. I don't believe I will easily get my money returned but did want to enter my complaint along with the others. read full review »
