Verizon phone bill charged me $14.95 for ESBI. Verizon says contact ESBI. ESBI drops charges says contact Verizon to get charges removed. Charges removed hopefully next bill. TX PUC says each individual must complain and PUC can't do anything about these unauthorized charges.
