Management is terrible. The pay is low. Benefit packages is really not much benefits. Looks good, but not good. Be careful working for the company. They may file a lawsuit on you/do not pay you. There is no direction or structure. You may work for them for months and still not sure what to do. Take forever for something to happen. Do not have clear expectation. When something goes wrong, it is your fault not them. If you do something wrong, they do not correct you. They will find the right time to come back and hunt you down badly.
