I signed a "not subject to cancellation contract ", for a one week 4 bedroom grand unit to be used in the PH towers Westgate, Las Vegas, Nevada in any week for up to 35 months from the date of signing [4/8/10]. I paid $2, 495. by credit card since debited. Now, they are blocking me from booking this type of unit for my use. Seems like they are saying they are all booked for the next thirty months and suggest I downgrade to a three bedroom.
