After purchasing a Premium account with wix.com, they made changes which froze my site and refuse to offer any technical support as to how to fix it and it's causing me to lose business. I submitted 3 Technical Support Tickets titled "why isn't my site being saved" and they have not even had the decency to reply back. read full review »
