I have purchased a car from this naperville dealership and had only trouble from day one. When we went in to the dealership we were greeted by a sales person who did not have any knowledge of the car we were looking at. We went for a test drive and was not impressed with the car that much. The sales person was showing us how to turn on a radio or heat. Come on my five year old niece knows that.
