This was a move from Florida to Illinois. First of all, we were assured if we packed ourselves there would be no further charges, What a lie. We were charged over an additional $ 1000.00 for " required packaging ". Then they forgot the washer and dryer. We were assured a certain date for delivery, and after numerous calls they arrived 10 days later. Then they told us there was a weight limit on our road and it would cost us $ 500.00 more to rent a smaller truck.
