Don't switch your pre-paid cell service to Tracfone and definitely don't buy a Samsung T301G! I got my new phone about 2 weeks ago and it started to malfuntion - there are at least 4 keys that don't work when pressed. I contacted Tracfone several times via email and phone calls and though they are sending a replacement, I will not be using them after the service/minutes I have already purchased expire. Ditto for the "customer service" from Samsung - they do not provide any real service at all! I will go back to Verizon though they are more expensive, the service is much better and the coverage is good too. read full review »
