It's a crapshoot if you get what you ordered. I am a former employee. This company is well known for high rates of employee termination and the customer service area isn't trained -except in ways to BS- and when CS tries to help customers or has to cancel or refund and order they are terminiated! Owners (Salzman) want the money and they don't care about the problem. Refunds are next to impossible to get and CS is told to say anything to avoid order cancellations.
