I have a 30 unlimited internet plan which I have had since I opened my account. I contacted ATT on January 30, 2011 and asked to have tethering added to my phone. I specifically asked the representative to assure me that I would not lose my unlimited internet plan. I was assured that even if I canceled the tethering that I would keep my internet plan and that they would note the account.
