I have been trying for 6 weeks along with the doctors office to get a prescription filled from this company which requires prior authorization. Forms by the dr have been filled out but they still are not approving, now stating they need to talk to the dr. and to leave a phone number for RX America to call them back. They do not call back. I've called and spoken to a Sr. Rep who said (yes, they've heard they do not call back when people leave their number). This dept will not talk to anyone but a dr. or dr. office.
