We received a mailer for cash giveaway by this company. We are returning customers of this company so we placed order through the mail. We checked our account online and determined that the order was received on 12/01/2008. We began calling on 12/11/2008 to check on when the shipment would take place on the order. We were told that the order had been sent to the shipping dept. We checked the progress of the order online and the comment "in process" as the only comment.
