Ordered the product, received order and shipping confirmation, tried tracking the shipment and there are no scans from Fed Ex. Tried calling 3 different days in their supposed business hours and received our office is closed please leave a message and they would return my call. Couldn't leave a message because the system said there was no room to leave a message. Tried emailing there customer service department but never received a reply. My credit card was billed the day I placed the order. I will contest the payment but would have liked to receive the product. read full review »
