I had authorized only one charge of $1.98 for an informational CD on grants. That amount was charged on 11/17/08. Two more charges have appeared on my account, on 12/2/08 for $17.45 and on 12/5/08 for $59.95. This sounds suspiciously like the complaint I just read on this Complaint Site.
