Shocking Customer service, ordered a furniture set for our babies room, was in stock and delivery said 7-10 working days. Had 2 confirmation emails regarding our order. 7 weeks on we had no sign of delivery, we must have rung 7 or 8 times and emailed, they never replied to our emails and were rude on the phone, just fobbing us off and saying its not in stock, on countless times said they would ring us back but never did, we even contacted the manufacturers where the order was supposedly coming from ans they had no order and was all in... read full review »
