A government travel card is mandatory where I work, so I did the appropriate paperwork and ordered the card. I receive the card and several days later receive a bill for $20 although I have never used the card. The charge was for shipping. This was the first card that I had ever been charged for shipping. But here's the rub, I have to pay whatever amount CITI wants to charge me or be issued disciplinary action by my Commander. So next month, if a customer service rep working at CITI wants to say charge me $500 (athough I have never used the card) I have to pay it or lose my Job. Let's say your bill is $76 per month, and you pay your bill on time every month, never late. But a customer service rep thinks that they deserve more money from your account, they just take it without asking. When you challenge this as an unauthorized charge, they then refer you to the convuluted, misrepresentative, one sided contract that you signed. So all of the customer service reps at Direct TV have total access to your checking account and can take whatever they want out of your account without asking for whatever reason. The University of Phoenix has lost their accredidation! Those would be the headlines that you would be reading today if I had anything to do with it. You've read the complaints on this site and other websites, essentially shady practices by the University of Phoenix.
