A Cisco Valet was bought, worked with one computer, when trying to add another computer, it would not work. It in fact locked us out of other two computers. Called Cisco support, they had me to remove Quicktime, said I would need to reload later. Internet worked but when trying to access Quicktime, it is not compatable. Another call to Cisco, went through worker who said they were not trained in Quicktime but they could but me in touch with provider who could walk me through a solution to my problem for 32.95. I told them they created the problem and should fix it for free. Sorry, we can't do that. I opt to take the router back! read full review »
